中文摘要	当前，我国农业发展正面临着3个方面的突出问题：一是资源、生态与环境问题，包括资源锐减、生态破坏、水土流失、土地沙漠化、环境污染、农业灾害和生物多样性衰退等；二是农业可持续能力问题，表现在农业基础设施薄弱、科技支撑能力不强、农村剩余劳动力增多、农民素质普遍较低、地区收入差距不断扩大；三是粮食与食物安全问题。面对这些问题，亟待研究对策和采取措施。
英文摘要	At present, there are three problems in the development of agriculture in China. First is problems of resources, ecological and environment, including sharp dropping in resources, ecological destruction, soil erosion, land desertification, environmental pollution, agricultural disaster, and recession of agricultural biodiversity. Second is problems of agricultural sustainability, which consists of weakness of agricultural infrastructure, week scientific and technological support capabilities, increasing of rural surplus labor force, lower peasant quality, growing gap of regional income. Third is the grain and food safety of China. Facing with these problems, strategies and measures must be researched and taken.
