中文摘要	[目的]分析塔里木盆地荒漠区柽柳属植物生境土壤盐碱度。[方法]对荒漠植被柽柳分布区内土壤进行调查，测定柽柳在塔里木盆地不同生境条件下土壤盐碱度的含量，了解土壤盐碱度对柽柳地域分布特征的影响。其中，pH值采用PHS-3型pH计进行测试，电导率采用DDS-11C型电导率仪进行测试，总盐含量采用烘干残渣法进行测试。[结果]塔里木盆地荒漠区柽柳种群在不同地点的生境土壤中盐碱度有所不同，各地点之间变异幅度较大。[结论]柽柳种群生境土壤盐碱度成分具有多样性，同时不同分布区内的土壤盐碱度高低与分布区地理位置没有必然联系。
英文摘要	[ Objective] The research aimed to analyze the saline and alkaline in habitat soils of Tamarix L. plants in Tarim basin. [ Method] The saline and alkaline in habitat soils of Tamarix plants in Tarim basin were investigated and analyzed and understood the effects of saline and alkaline in habitat soils on region-distributed characteristic of Tamarix L. plants, pH value was analyzed by model PHS-3 pH-meter and conductivity was analyzed by model DDS-11C conductivity-meter and total salt content was analyzed by solid residue. [ Result ] Saline and alkaline in soils varied with different habitats and had big variation range in the habitat soils of Tamarix L. plants in Tarim basin. [ Conclusion] The diversity of saline and alkaline was existent in the habitat soils of Tamarix L. plants in Tarim basin and there was no necessary connection between the level of saline and alkaline in soils and geographical location of Tamarix L. plants in different distribution zone of Tarim basin.
