中文摘要	[目的]探讨在新疆地区利用蜜蜂辅助传粉生产棉花不育系的可行性。[方法]在新疆开放条件下,利用大片沙漠作为隔离区,利用蜜蜂辅助传粉生产棉花不育系,探讨在新疆地区应用该繁殖技术的可行性。[结果]在新疆开放条件下,通过蜜蜂授粉的棉花质量和数量较内地均大幅提高。经蜜蜂辅助传粉的棉花生育期125d,株高65.55cm,果枝数8.45个,收获株数143370株/hm~2,单株结铃3.6个,单铃重4.87g。经预测,籽棉产量为2434.5kg/hm~2,衣分32.4%,不育系毛籽产量1645.7kg/hm~2。采用蜜蜂传粉40d进行制种较人工制种可节省78000元/hm~2。[结论]在新疆地区利用该方法生产棉花不育系能降低成本和提高经济效益,该繁殖方法是可行的。
英文摘要	[Objective] The research aimed to discuss the feasibility of producing cotton sterile line by using auxiliary pollination of bees.[Method] Under the open conditions of Xinjiang,with large area of desert as the isolation region,cotton sterile line was produced by using auxiliary pollination of bees.And the feasibility of applying this propagation technology in Xinjiang region was discussed.[Result] Under the open conditions of Xinjiang,the quality and quantity of cotton pollinated by bees were greatly increased than that in the inlands.The growth period of cotton pollinated by bees was 125 d,plant height was 65.55 cm,fruiting branch number was 8.45,the number of harvested plants was 143 370 plants/hm~2,boll number per plant was 3.6 and single boll weight was 4.87 g.It was predicted that seed cotton yield was 2 434.5 kg/hm~2,lint percentage was 32.4% and crude seed yield of sterile line was 1 645.7 kg/hm~2.Producing the seeds by bee pollination for 40 d could save 78 000 yuan /hm~2 than that by producing seeds artificially.[Conclusion] Producing cotton sterile line by this method in Xinjiang region could reduce the cost and increase the economic benefits.So this propagation method was feasible.
