中文摘要 | 目的 调查检验科人员双手污染乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的状况,评价佩戴手套阻止HBV经手感染的防护效果.方法 采用前瞻性的调查方法,根据《消毒技术规范》规定的方法,对我院检验科人员佩戴的手套及脱手套后的手进行采样,按佩戴1、3 h的手套及脱手套后的手分为3组,每组202只,用微粒子酶免疫化学发光法(MEIA)检测HBsAg,荧光定量PCR法(FQ-PCR)检测HBV DNA.结果 各检验专业组人员佩戴1、3 h的手套及脱手套后的手HBsAg污染率分别为22.77%、34.65%及2.48%;佩戴1、3 h的手套及脱手套后的手HBVDNA污染率分别为27.72%、41. 58%及2.48%;佩戴3 h的手套HBsAg及HBV DNA污染率显著>1 h,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);脱手套后的手HBsAg及HBV DNA污染率显著低于佩戴1、3 h的手套,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论 提示检验科人员双手HBV污染严重,佩戴手套能有效阻止HBV经手感染. |
英文摘要 | OBJECTIVE To survey hepatitis B virus (HBV) contamination on hands of laboratory staffs and to evaluate the protection efficacy against HBV infection by wearing gloves, METHODS Samples from used gloves and gloves-protected hands were carried out according to the methods stipulated in the Technical Guidelines for Disinfection. All samples were divided into 3 groups: gloves worn for 1h, gloves worn for 3h and gloves-protected hands, each group had 202 oases. To detect HBsAg and HBV DNA by microparticle enzyme immunoassay (MEIA) and fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (FQ-PCR), respectively. RESULTS HBsAg polluted rates of gloves worn for 1h, gloves worn for 3h and gloves-protected hands were 22.77% , 34.65% and 2.48%, respectively; HBV DNA polluted rates of gloves worn for 1h, gloves worn for ,3h and gloves-protected hands were27. 72%,: 41.58% and 2.48%, respectively. The HBsAg and HBV DNA polluted rates of gloves worn for 3 h were higher than those of gloves worn for 1h, the difference was significant between them (P<0. 01) , the HBsAg and HBV DNA polluted rates of gloves-protected hands were lower than those of gloves worn for 1h and gloves worn for 3h, the difference was significant between them (P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS Laboratory staffs are at high risk of HBV infection, Wearing gloves can effectively reduce their risk of HBV infection via hands. |
