中文摘要	目的了解支撑喉镜下激光声带切除术治疗早期声门型喉癌的远期疗效.方法选择1997年至2001年间我院在支撑喉镜下单独应用KTP激光行声带切除术治疗的早期声门型喉癌患者共100例,其中T_(1a)N_0M_0 96例,T_(1b)N_0M_04例.全部病例通过电话和来院复诊等形式随访5～8年,对其治疗后的复发率和患者的5年生存率进行临床统计.结果 100例单独行KTP激光声带切除术的早期声门型喉癌患者中,局部治愈无复发的患者95例;局部复发5例,其中4例再行扩大垂直半喉切除术补救治疗,观察5年无复发;1例于术后1年复发,行全喉切除补救治疗,术后22个月死于局部复发.100例单独行KTP激光声带切除术治疗的早期声门型喉癌患者中,失访3例,死亡1例,5年生存率为96%,复发率为5%.结论支撑喉镜下激光声带切除术治疗早期声门型喉癌,其局部复发率和5年生存率均令人满意,是治疗早期声门型喉癌的理想选择.
英文摘要	Objective To investigate the long term effectiveness of laser cordectomy under microscopic endolaryngoscopy in treating early phase glottic cancer. Methods Glottic cancer cases were taken from 100 patients who had been performed cordectomy in our hospital using KTP laser under microscopic endolaryngoscopy from 1997 to 2001. Among them, 96 cases were in T_(la)N_0M_0 stage, and 4 cases were in T_(1b)N_0M_0 stage. We statistically analyzed the recurrence rate and the survival rate for 5 years of these cases. All cases were followed up by telephone or reexamination in our hospital. Results Among these laser cordeclomy cases, 95 cases were cured without recurrence, and 5 cases were locally recurred. Additional extended vertical laryngectomy was then performed for 4 oases of them and no recurrence was found after 5 year follow-up. The last one case was performed total laryngectomy when Lhe recurrence was found in 1 year after operation, and survived until locally recurred 22 months later. Among all the 100 cases, 3 cases missed and 1 case died of other disease. The survival rate was 96% and the recurrence rate was 5%. Conclusions Performing laser cordectomy under microscopic endolaryngoscopy shows a satisfactory survival rate and recurrence rate in treating early phase glottic laryngeal cancer. It should he a well choice for early phase glottic laryngeal cancer treatment.
