中文摘要	沙漠增温效应的存在使石河子绿洲等成为我国最北的植棉区，现代科技的矮、密、早、膜模式叉提升了棉区的地位。但如果遇到连续阴雨天气，沙漠增温效应丧失，气温骤降，往往导数棉花冷害。分析了石河子绿洲2006年5月上甸的低温危害现象，提出了相对减轻或避免冷害的几点建议。
英文摘要	The raising temperature effect in desert is significantly suitable for cotton cultivation in Shihhotze oasis, Xinjiang which is located in the north of China. But when it is continuosly cloudY and the raising temPerature effect is lost in sequential low temperature and rainy days, it seriously harms the cotton growth. In this paper the phenomenon of low temperature in Shihhotze district during the first ten days of May 2006 was analyzed and some suggestions were advanced to lessen or avoid the impact of chilling damage on the cotton growth.
