| 中文摘要 | 干旱区城镇体系的发展强烈受制于区域特有的自然地理、资源、土地类型等自然约束条件,它们是人口、产业和城镇发展布局的地理基础.干旱区城镇体系构建的优化模式选择,应充分考虑区域的自然、社会经济特征以及区域的范围大小.在城镇体系规划编制过程中充分贯彻非均衡发展思想,重点发展中心城市和开发区,构建合理的"集聚型城镇体系"是符合干旱区的最佳选择.结合阿拉善左旗县域城镇体系规划编制进行分析,提出其未来区域城镇体系的发展应该坚持非均衡发展与优势区位优先开发的道路,通过功能分区、"轴线"的打造、"极点"的快速壮大加快空间集中化进程. |
| 英文摘要 | The development of urban system in arid area is enslaved to the physical geography, resources, land use types and other restrictions, which are the physical basis for the developing layout of population, industries and towns. The natural, social economic characters and regional scale should all be considered when choosing the optimal mode of the urban systems in arid area. In making the planning of urban systems, we should fully carry out the unbalanced-development strategy, focusing on the development of central cities and developed area, and constitute appropriate ’ convergent urban system’ , which is the best choice for arid area. This paper takes Alashan county of the Inner Mongolia as an example to analyze the urban systems planning and put forward that the development of urban systems in future should be insist on unbalanced-development and prior development of preponderant towns and quicken the access of centralization of space by functional dividing of areas, making axes and developing the tops. In other words, we should allocate the limited strategy resources of the area to the limited strategy tops of the regional economic development at the furthest extent and boost up capacity of the region in seizing resource and occupying markets in order to drive the development of the regional economy by those preponderant tops. The unbalanced-development aims at the characters of this regional economy and future urbanization of Alashan county will show the features of centralization of population, rationalization of town functions and convergence of dimensional towns. |
