啤酒花侧蔓营养元素的研究

中文摘要通过对不同生育时期啤酒花侧蔓营养元素含量的测定,研究了河西地区啤酒花侧蔓中营养元素含量的变化动态.结果表明:啤酒花侧蔓.N、P含量在苗期最高.分别为5.062%和0.809%,在球果形成期最低,分别为3.945%和0.511%;Ca、Mg含量在苗期最低,分别为0.794%和0.503%,在球果形成期最高,分别为2.691%和0.843%;K含量在上架期最高,达到3.852%,球果形成期最低,为2.761%.啤酒花侧蔓中各元素平均含量顺序为N〉K〉Ca〉Mg〉P,其中N含量最多,为4.450%;P含量最少,为0.640%.各元素含量随生育期的变化率也不同.Ca含量随生育时期变化最大,平均变化率为0.400%,而N元素含量随生育时期变化最小,平均变化率仅为0.080%,各元素平均变率顺序为Ca〉Mg〉P=K〉N.5月中旬到6月上旬侧蔓中各营养元素含量变化相对稳定,是侧蔓分析的最佳时期.
英文摘要This paper dealed with the study on seasonal dynamics of nutrient elements contents in the side stem of hops Hurnulus lupulus L in the Hexi oasis irrigation area. The results showed that the contents of both N and P in the side stems of hops at seedling stage reached the peak values(5. 062 % and 0. 809 % respectively), but its contents at cone formation stage were lowest(3. 945 % and 0. 511% respectively). The dynamics of the contents of Ca and Mg were contrary to that of N and P,the lowest values (0. 794 O/6o and 0. 503 O/6o respectively) ocurred at seedling stage,but peak values(2. 691% and 0. 843 % respectively) ocurred at cone formation stage. The content of K at enwinding period was highest(3. 852 %), but at cone formation period was lowest (2. 761%). Five major elements in the side stem of hops were arranged in their average content order as N〉K〉Ca〉Mg〉P,among which the content of N was highest (4.450 %) ,but that of P was lowest(0. 640 %). The seasonal variation rate of these elements content with the development period of hops was also different from each other, among which the average variation rate of Ca content was highest (0. 400 %), but that of N content was lowest(0. 080 % ). In the average variation rate of element contents with of the development period of hops,these elements were arranged as Ca〉Mg 〉P=K〉N. The content of every nutrient element in stem from the middle of May to the beginning of Ju-ne, as the optimum time for analysis of nutrition elements, tended to become stabale.
