中文摘要本文在综述我国土地资源综合分区研究进展的基础上,建立了土地资源综合分区的原则、依据和等级体系。在前人相关工作的基础上,采用自上而下的演绎途径,根据水热气候指标与地势差异划分出我国的11个土地资源区,即东北山地平原农林用地区、华北平原旱作农业与工矿建设用地区、黄土高原旱作农业与林牧用地区、四川盆地厦秦岭山地农林用地区、长江中下游平原农渔与工矿建设用地区、江南丘陵山地农林用地区、云贵高原农林用地区、华南、滇南热带亚热带农林渔果与工矿建设用地区、内蒙古高原及长城沿线旱作农业与牧业用地区、西北内陆干旱荒漠与绿洲农牧用地区、青藏高原高寒荒漠与林牧用地区;在各土地资源区内部,采用自下而上归并的途径,依据区域土地资源利用结构与社会经济属性指标,以县为基本单元,应用Kohonen网络进行非监督分类,在全国续分出41个土地资源亚区。
英文摘要This paper put forward the principles, preconditions and hierarchy systems of land use zoning based on a review of land use zoning research in China. On the basis of previous studies and following topdown approach, we divided national land resources into 11 land use regions according to the indexes of climate and topography. The 11 land use regions are as follows: 1 ) Northeast mountains and plains, farming and forestry region; 2) Northern China plain, farming and construction region; 3) Loess Plateau, farming, husbandry and forestry region; 4) Sichuan basins and Qinling mountains, farming and forestry region; 5 ) Middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Plain, farming, fishery and construction region; 6) Hilly and mountainous area in south of the Yangtze River, farming and forestry region; 7) Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, farming and forestry region; 8)Southern China and Southern Yunnan, farming, forestry, fishery, garden and construction region; 9)Inner Mongolian Plateau and farming and husbandry region along the Great Wall; 10) Nothwestern arid lands, barren land and oasis farming and husbandry region; 11) Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, barren land, forestry and husbandry region. Furthermore, with the approach of top-down and application of Kohonen network at the county level, we divided 11 land use regions into 41 land use subregions according to two indexes: 1) indexes of land use structure, including the ratio of construction land, the ratio of agricultural land, the ratio of ecological land, and the ratio of paddy field in the whole arable land; and 2 ) indexes of social economic characteristics, including GDP per land area, the ratio of products of primary industry in the whole GDP, the ratio of products of secondary industry in the whole GDP, population density, the ratio of nonagricultural population, and the arable land per capita.
