中文摘要	目的:探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的表达.方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测10例正常肺组织和42例NSCLC组织(腺癌20例,鳞癌22例;有淋巴结转移19例;分化程度Ⅰ级12例,Ⅱ级19例;Ⅲ级11例)中C-erbB-2蛋白的表达状况.结果:42例NSCLC组织中,C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达率47.6%(20/42)高于正常肺组织的0/10(P＜0.05).腺癌组织中C-erbB-2蛋白的阳性表达率65.0%(13/20)高于鳞癌的31.8%(7/22)(P＜0.05).C-erbB-2蛋白表达率与NSCLC组织学分级呈正相关,有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者(P均＜0.05).结论:C-erbB-2蛋白的检测对NSCLC患者的诊治和预后评估有积极意义.
英文摘要	Aim; To investigate the expression of C-erbB-2 protein in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissue and its clinical significance. Methods ;Immunohislochemical staining method was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 in 10 cases of normal lung tissue and 42 oases of NSCLC tissue. Results; The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 in NSCLC tissue was higher than that of the normal lung tissue (P <0.05). The positive rate of C-erbB-2 in adenocarcinonia was 65.0% (13/20) , higher than that, in squamous cell carcinoma (31. 8% (7/22) ) (P<0.05). The expression of C-erbB-2 was positively correlated with histological grade and lymph node metastasis (P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The detection of C-er.bB-2 protein ia helpful to diagnosis, prognosis and treatment of NSCLC.
