中文摘要	目的：建立测定蜂蜜中残留氯霉素的高效液相色谱-串联质谱方法，监测市场上蜂蜜中的氯霉素含量，保障蜂蜜的食用安全。方法：采用高效液相色谱-电喷雾-串联四极杆质谱法（HPLCESI~- -MSMS）测定蜂蜜中残留氯霉素的含量。取5g蜂蜜样品，加入d_5-氯霉素内标，经Oasis SPE柱净化，采用多反应检测（MRM）方式测定321152（氯霉素）和326157（d5-氯霉素）。结果：以321152离子面积与326157离子面积的比对氯霉素的浓度线性回归，线性范围为01～100ng·mL~(-1)，r为0.9999。方法的检出限为0.02mug·kg~(-1)，定量限对0.1mug·kg~(-1)，日内和H间精密度实验的RSD分别为3.71％和4.19％，对0.2，5.0，40mug·kg~(-1)三个水平开展了加标回收实验。平均相对回收率分别为110％，103％，103％。结论：该方法操作简便、有机试剂用量少、结果准确、灵敏度高。
英文摘要	Objective：A sensitive liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry （LC -MS/MS） method was developed to detect trace amounts of chloramphenicol residue in honey. Method：The mass spectrometer was operated in the negative ionization electrospray mode using multiple reaction monitoring（MRM） for quality and quantification analysis of chloramphenicol. Honey were spiked with isotopical label d_5 - chloramphenicol as internal standard. The method carried on an Oasis solid - phase extraction of aqueous honey solutions followed by liquid - liquid partitioning and direct injection to the LC -MS/MS system. Quantification of chloramphenicol is made by taking the ratio of the chloramphenicol base peak area （m/z 321152） to the internal standard d_5 - chloramphenicol base peak area（m/z 326157）. Results：The limits of detection （LOD） was 0.020 mug·kg~(-1), and the limits of quantification （LOQ） was 0.100 mug·kg~(-1). The linear plots were obtained between 0.10and 100 ng · mL~(-1) and CV is 0.9999. Overall recoveries was between 103 % and 110%. Conclusion：The advantages of the method are simple operation, less organic chemicals consumed, and shorter operation time.
