中文摘要	通过对宁夏盐池县人口、资源和环境的变化状况分析表明,盐池县土地利用粗放,土地产出低,经济效益差,人口达到半干旱区承载的临界,土地沙漠化达到严重程度,人地关系恶化.由此,提出了控制人口增长,提高人口素质,调整农牧业时空结构,发展特色产业,壮大区域经济等优化人地关系的对策和措施.
英文摘要	This paper reviewed the change of population, land use and environment of Yanchi in Ningxia. The results show that the production of farm and grassland is comparatively lower, the economic benefit is poor and land use is seriously insufficient. The desertification became serious due to the increase of population supporting capacity. Finally, the paper give some suggestions of applying sustainable ideas and theories for population, resources, environment, social and economic development, coordination of human and environment.
