中文摘要	目的研究端粒酶逆转录酶(hTERT)、细胞周期素D1(cyclin D1)、周期素依赖激酶抑制因子p16~(INK4)、p21~(WAF1) mRNA和p27~(KIP1)蛋白在人成釉细胞瘤(ABs)中的表达.方法用原位杂交和免疫组化SP法分别检测ABs中hTERT、cyclin D1、p16~(INK4)、p21~(WAF1) mRNA和p27~(KIP1)蛋白的表达.结果 hTERTmRNA在ABs中有较强表达,51例为阳性表达,cyclin D1 mRNA在ABs中23例为阳性表达,而p16~(INK4)、p21~(WAF1) mRNA和p27~(KIP1)蛋白在ABs中分别有17、12、9例为阳性表达.伴随ABs的复发和恶变,hTERT、cyclin D1 mRNA阳性率逐渐上升,p16~(INK4)、p21~(WAF1) mRNA和p27~(KIP1)蛋白阳性表达丢失.经Kendall相关性分析得出,hTERTmRNA与p16~(INK4)、p21~(WAF1) mRNA、p27~(KIP1)蛋白之间在ABs中rk分别为-0.587、-0.652、-0.783,均有统计学意义(P＜0.001).结论 hTERT在ABs中的活性可能与p16~(INK4)、p21~(WAF1)1、p27~(KIP1)蛋白丢失等多种因子共同调控有关.
英文摘要	Objective To investigate the expression of human telomerase reverse transcripase (hTERT), cyclin Dl mRNA, p16~(INK4)、p21~(WAF1) mRNA and p27~(KIP1) protein in human ameloblastoma (ABs). Methods The expression of hTERT, cyclin Dl, p16~(INK4)、p21~(WAF1) mRNA and p27~(KIP1) protein in 54 cases of human ABs were detected by in situ hybridization or immunohistochemistry. Results The positive cases of hTERT mRNA, cyclin DlmRNA was 51, 23, respectively. The positive oases of p16~(INK4), p21~(WAF1) mRNA、p27~(KIP1) protein was 17, 12, 9. Comparing with recurred and transformed malignantly, the expression of hTERT mRNA, cyclin DlmRNA increased, and the expression of p16~(INK4), p21~(WAF1) mRNA and p27~(KIP1) protein decreased or lost. The expression of hTERT mRNA and p21~(WAF1) mRNA and p27~(KIP1) protein in ABs had middle to high negative relation (r_t=-0.587, r_t=-0.652, r_4=-0.783, P<0.001). Conclusion The hTERT mRNA expression in ABs is related to the reguation of p16~(INK4), p21~(WAF1) mRNA、p27~(KIP1) protein.
