中文摘要 | 地下微生境位置的确定对于干旱区植被生态系统的恢复具有重要意义,但目前尚没有准确、简单可行的确定方法.应用额济纳盆地的野外调查与室内实验数据,分析了3类植物群落结构(草本+灌木组合、灌木+乔木组合及草本+灌木+乔木组合)中的土壤过氧化氢酶活性曲线.结果发现:过氧化氢酶活性曲线的各峰值区与植物群落中各生活型植物的根群位置对应,而已有研究指出植物的根群位置正与植物的地下微生境位置对应.因此,可以通过分析过氧化氢酶活性曲线来确定植物地下微生境的空间位置. |
英文摘要 | E’jina basin is one of the most arid area in the west of Inner Mongolia, and the ecologic environment is very weak, and which has been weakened by human activities. So it is very important that we (should) restore vegetation ecosystems In E’jina basin and it is very significant for restoration of vegetation ecosystems to determine the position of plant’s underground microhabitat. But at present, there is no exact, simple and feasible methods to determine the position of plant’s underground microhabitat. Soil enzyme is the important component in soil, and plays an active role in the soil biochemical process and is closely related with the circulation of materials such as carbon, nitrogen, phosphorusand sulfur, etc. ,and energy flow in the plant-soil ecosystem, so the distribution of its avtivity has closed relationship with the location of plant underground microhabitat, and it is maybe theoretically feasible that use soil enzyme activity curve to indicate the location of plant underground microhabitat. Catalase is a soil enzymes, and the mensuration of catalase activity is simple; but the related study is few. Based on the field survey and sampling in Ejina Basin and inside test, the paper analyzed the soil catalase activity curve of three types plant community structure, and found that: the peak value of the catalase activity curve is corresponded with the position of plant’s underground microhabitat. The result shows that catalase activity can indicate the position of plant’s underground miciohabitat. Fig 3, Ref 29. |
