西北干旱区水资源需求预测方法与态势分析以陕西省延安市为例

中文摘要延安市位于陕北黄土高原丘陵沟壑区,属典型的暖温带与中温带过渡区的西北干旱气候,平均海拔1000m.年平均气温7.8~10.6℃,无霜期在150d至209d。多年平均降水量为550mm,主要集中在6~9月份。2000年延安市下辖13个县、区,总人口205.6*10^4人,土地面积3.7*10^4km^2,森林面积184.6*10^4hm^2,林草覆盖率42.9%。延安是黄河中游水土流失最严重的地区之一,也是黄河流域的主要沙源区,水土流失面积达2.88*10^4km^2,占全市总面积的77.84%。针对我国西北干旱地区特点和人工生态环境稳定的要求,分别建立了生活、生产及生态需水预测模型。以延安市为例,详细计算了各县、区在不同水平年条件下的需水量,对于需求增长态势进行了分析,最后结合区域实际情况给出适当建议与对策。
英文摘要Yan'an City (900-1200 m a.s.l, and 1000 m a.s.l, in average) is located in a hilly-valley region of the Loess Plateau in Shanxi Province, where it belongs to the arid climate of the transitional area between the typical warm-temperate zone and the mid-temperate zone, the annual temperature and the frost-free period vary in ranges of 7.8℃-10.6℃ and 150-209 days, and the annual precipitation is 550 mm and occurs mainly during the period from June to September. Under Yan'an City there are 13 counties and districts, the population was 2.056-106 in 2000, and its total land area is 3.7*10^4 km^2 The area of forests is 1.846*10^6 ha, and the vegetation coverage is 42.9%. Yan'an is one of the regions with the most serious soil erosion in the middle reaches of the Yellow River, and is also one of the main sand-dust source areas in the Yellow River Watershed, and the area of soil erosion is 2.88*10^4 km^2 and occupies 77.84% of the total land area in the Yan'an region. In this paper, the models of water demands for general life, production and ecology are separately developed based on considering the stability of the artificial ecological landscapes and the local conditions in northwest China. The water demands in all the counties and districts of Yan'an City in different years are calculated, the increase situation of water demands is analyzed, and some suggestions and measures are put forward for the rational utilization of water resources in the Yan'an region.
