英文摘要	In this paper the main theories and methods in the estimation and determination of crop water requirement , including water Balance,using lvsimeters method, EBBR-energy balance, experience fonnulas and remote sensing method were Summarized. The shortcomings in the application of these theories and methods were discussed. Furthermore, the future trends of the estimation and determination of crop water requirement in hilly semi-arid area were forecasted.
