中文摘要	甘肃省高台县地处河西走廊干旱生态区，生态环境极其脆弱，近年工业经济迅猛发展，但由于经济和环境等诸多原因环境管理工作严重滞后，加剧了地区生态环境的恶化。在发展地区工业经济的同时保护好脆弱的干旱生态环境成为迫切需要解决的课题，以循环经济相关理论为指导思想，通过分析处于资源性缺水的高台县环境、经济、社会状况和工业企业环境管理情况，探讨高台县发展循环经济的必要性和可行性。
英文摘要	Gaotai county is located in arid eco-region of Hexi Corridor, where the eco-environment is extremely weak. Although the economy has gotten rapid development in recent years, the environment management was delayed for the reasons of economy, environment and so on. All of these aggravated the eco-environment and desertification in the area. To protect the environment as well as develop the regional economy was an urgent subject. Based upon the idea of recycle economy, in this paper the environment, economy, society and the environment management of industry were analyzed and the necessity and feasibility of the recycle economy of industrial development in Gaotai was investigated.
