中文摘要	目的探讨支气管动脉扩张在肺动脉栓塞中的意义. 方法回顾性分析48例肺动脉栓塞病例的影像及临床资料,并设立对照组,观察支气管动脉扩张出现的几率并分析其临床意义. 结果在肺动脉栓塞组及对照组中,支气管动脉出现分别为41例、12例,两组间差异有统计学意义(chi2＝11.57, P＜0.01).肺动脉栓塞组的支气管动脉扩张数为27例,对照组无支气管动脉扩张.肺动脉栓塞病例又分为中心组和周围组,支气管动脉扩张出现在中心组14例,周围组13例,两组间差异有统计学意义(chi2＝5.42, P＜0.05).结论当肺动脉栓塞出现支气管动脉扩张时,提示肺动脉栓塞程度较严重.
英文摘要	Objective To assess the significance of bronchial artery dilatation in pulmonary embolism. Methods Spiral CT imaging findings and clinical data in 48 cases of pulmonary embolism were retrospectively analyzed and a comparison group was set up for observing the numbers of bronchial artery dilatation and analyzing its significance. Results Among the 48 cases of pulmonary embolism and the control group, the bronchial artery was detected in 41 cases and 12 cases, respectively. The difference of two groups showed highly statistical significance (X~2 = 11. 57, P <0. 01). The pulmonary embolism group had 27 cases of bronchial artery dilatation and the control group had no bronchial artery dilatation. 48 cases of pulmonary embolism were divided into two groups; central group and peripheral group. The bronchial artery dilatation mainly appeared in the cases that had extensive pulmonary embolism. Among them, 14 oases were in central group, 13 cases were in peripheral group. The difference was statistically significant (x`2 =5. 42, P < 0. 05). Conclusion It suggested that the degree of pulmonary embolism was severe when bronchial artery dilatation occurred with pulmonary embolism.
