中文摘要	了解IL-1beta和TNF-alphamRNA在恶性脑瘤表达的变化及意义.方法:应用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)检测36例脑胶质瘤及瘤旁组织、36例脑膜瘤及癌旁组织、20例术中切除标本的距瘤3cm组织中IL-1beta和TNF-alphamRNA表达.结果:脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤组织中IL-1beta和TNF-alphamRNA表达均显著高于瘤旁组织(P＜0.01).距瘤3 cm以远组织中IL-1beta和TNF-alpha mRNA表达显著低于脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤组织;而脑胶质瘤、脑膜瘤瘤旁组织IL-1beta和rNF-alpha mRNA表达与距癌3 cm以外组织相比差别无显著性意义(P＞0.05).结论:细胞因子IL-1beta和TNF-alpha的变化可作为观察恶性脑瘤病情及监测反应的-种手段.
英文摘要	To explore the expression and significance of IL-1 (3 and TNF-a mRNA in malignant cere-broma. Methods: Thirty-six cases of brain glioma and peritumor tissue, 36 cases of meningeal tumor and peritumor tissue, and 20 oases of non-tumor tissue were included. RT-PCR method was used to measure the expression of IL-1 p and TNF-a mRNA. Results: IL-lp and TNF-a mRNA in brain glioma and meningeal tumor were all higher than those in peritumor tis-sue ( P <0.01). IL-lp and TNF-a mRNA in non-tumor tissues which were at least 3 cm from tumor were all lower those in tumor, while no difference was found between peritumor tissues and tumors ( P >0. 05). Conclusion: The expression of IL-1 p and TNF-a could be used to monitor the progression of tumor.
