中文摘要	目的通过对市场药材的鉴定和质量分析，了解何首乌药材的质量状况。方法采用数码显微鉴定、TIE和HPLC的方法对来自全国12个地区的何首乌药材进行了研究。结果12件何首乌商品药材均为正品，根据性状、显微构造和TLC图谱可明显分为2大类型；2，3，5，4’-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-beta-D-葡萄糖苷含量的结果有力地支持了何首乌2大类型存在的客观性。结论显微图谱对于商品药材的鉴定具有现实意义。何首乌商品药材2大类型的首次发现，对于何首乌质量的评价具有重要的意义。
英文摘要	To investigate ihc quality status of Radix Polygoni Multiflori( I1PM, Heshouwu) through the identification and analysis of the commercial herbs.METHODS 12 samples collected from different areas in China were studied by the microscopic method, TLC and HPLC. RESULTS Although the samples were all genuine, they were obviously divided into two types according to tlie macro-arid microscopic features and TI.C ehromatograms. The determination of 2,3,5,4’-tetraliydroxy stilhen(v2-O-/3-O-gluraside in 12 samples by IIPLC mippnrted the two types above.CONCLUSION The digital microscopic pictures provided wen; actual and used for the identification of the commercial RPM.The discovery of the two types of RPM was significant for its quality evaluation.
