中文摘要	目的探讨无创正压通气(NIPPV)在治疗急性左心衰竭中的应用价值.方法对36例重度急性左心衰竭患者,在常规治疗基础上,加用NIPPV治疗,评价其临床疗效及并发症.结果 36例重度急性左心衰竭患者应用NIPPV治疗,30例病情好转, 6例改有创通气或死亡 ,有效率达83.3%;对比过去5年中42例重度急性左心衰,常规治疗下有效26例(61.9%),两组有效率差异有显著性,P<0.05.结论 NIPPV治疗重度急性左心衰竭不仅见效快,且抢救成功率高,值得推广应用.
英文摘要	Objective To investigate the practical value of non - invasive positive pressure ventilation ( NIPPV) in the treatment of acute left heart failure( ALHF). Methods The clinical effects and complications of NIPPV performed on 36 cases with severe ALHF on the basis of conventional treatment were evaluated and compared with previous treatment with-out NIPPV. Results Of 36 cases with ALHF treated by NIPPV,30 cases improved,6 cases were altered to receive inva-sive ventilation or dead. Total effective rate was 83. 3%. Compared with 42 cases with severe ALHF treated only by con-ventional treatment in the past 5 years, with only 26 oases being successfully salvaged and effective rate being 61. 9% , sig-nificant difference ( P <0. 05 ) was shown. Conclusion For the treatment of severe ALHF, NIPPV shows the advantages of high success rate and being readily available. Such approach is worth spreading.
