中文摘要	选取了河谷型城市兰州市近17a来有关经济环境数据，在EXCEL和SPSS软件系统下对其相关性进行了分析，并绘制出兰州市环境库兹涅茨曲线。在此基础上进一步分析了兰州市经济增长与环境污染演进阶段的过程，认为河谷型盆地效应、重化工型产业结构以及不合理产业布局使兰州市环境库兹涅茨曲线具有其自身的独特性。即与其他地区相比，不仅曲线类型复杂多样，而且转折点来的也相对较晚。文章最后结合上述演进阶段过程分析，提出了经济增长与环境污染的互动效应。即经济发展阶段、产业结构和布局以及能源结构影响环境污染物的排放量和排放种类，而环境污染反过来又影响区域投资环境和经济发展后劲，同时对区域经济增长方式的转变和环保产业的发展也具有一定促进效应。
英文摘要	This paper adopted the analytic statistic software to analyze the correlation between the economic development and environmental pollution phase based on data over past 17 years of Lanzhou city, and has made the Environmental Kuznets Curve of Lanzhou. Due to the unique valley-basin effect, industry structure of chemical and heavy industry, and its unreasonable industrial layout of Lanzhou, the Environmental Kuznets Curve of Lanzhou, compared with that in other areas, were found to be complicated and diversified and the curve＇s turning point appeared comparatively late. According to the analysis above, the paper also has put forward the interactive effect between the economic growth and the environmental pollution. It was concluded that the economic developmental stage, industry structure, industry layout and energy resource structure will impact on the amount and variety of the pollutant discharge, while the environmental pollution will affect the regional investment environment and the economic re-development level, and it will also promote the transformation of regional economic growth pattern and the development of environment-protected industry to some extent. Therefore, the findings have theoretical and instructive implications for maintaining a sustainable, coordinated and sound circulation between social, economy and ecological environment.
