中文摘要	在探讨张掖绿洲水资源开发利用现状及存在问题的基础上，分析了现状水资源利用格局对生态环境的影响，提出了发展循环经济是实现绿洲水资源可持续利用的必然选择，总结出张掖建立水循环经济的途径。在此基础上，还对循环经济发展的社会观念、技术体系、市场培育、产业结构调整等方面的问题也做了积极探讨。
英文摘要	Based on the discussion of the current situation and the existing problem of water resources utilization in Zhangye oasis, this essay analyzed the impact on ecology of present water resources use pattern, put forward that circular economy is the inevitable choice of oasis water resources sustainable use, has further suggested the ways to develop water recycling economy. Finally, this paper has positively discussed on some problems about circular economy development, such as social attitudes, technology system, market formation, industrial structure adjustment, etc.
