中文摘要 | 依据2002年4月至2003年9月在极端干旱区额济纳旗的观测资料,对胡杨叶水势的日、季变化规律及影响因子进行了分析研究.试验结果表明:胡杨叶水势日变化均值为(-2.86士0.75)MPa,季变化均值为(-2.720.14)MPa.叶水势日、季节变化曲线呈单峰型,这种变化规律是胡杨适应该地区生境的生理特性之一.对胡杨不同部位和不同叶型的叶水势测定结果表明,上部的叶水势比下部低,披针叶的叶水势比阔卵叶的叶水势高,这与水分移动的规律相符合.胡杨叶水势的日、季变化与气温、大气相对湿度、辐射照度间有十分显著的相关关系.与土壤水分间也有十分显著的相关关系,土壤含水量下降,蒸腾加快,叶水势降低,土壤含水量增加,蒸腾减弱,叶水势回升. |
英文摘要 | Based on the data observed at Ejin Banner from April of 2002 to September of 2003, the daily and seasonal variations of leaf water potential of Populus euphratica and related factors were analyzed. The daily and seasonal average water potential were ( - 2. 860.75)MPa and ( - 2.72 + 0.14)MPa, respectively. The variations were obvious and single-peak curves could be observed. This was a combined function of both internal and external factors, and reflected one of physiological characteristics of Populus euphratica adaptable to the local site. The study on the daily change of leaf water potential in different position and different leaf shape of Populus euphratica showed that, the downside water potential was higher than the up-side, and that of willow leaf was higher than that of poplar leaf. These accord with water transport rule. Close correlation could be found between the variation of leaf water potential and temperature, relative humidity, illumination. Water potential has a negative, correlation to air temperature and intensity of illumination, and a positive correlation to air humidity. Evident correlation existed between the variation of leaf water potential Un soil moisture. The transpiration went up and the water potential went down while the soil moisture decreased, the water potential was still lower when the transpiration and the soil moisture increased, however, the water potential recovered when the transpiration decreased. This provides a scientific basis for understanding water situation in the body of Populus euphratica and selecting physiological indicators for rational irrigation. |
