中文摘要	利用国家气候资料中心在网上提供的气象数据,建立全国各地区短波净辐射模型,提出了在东北和新疆北部非沙漠地区反射率的非线性回归模型.对影响短波净辐射的日照百分率和绝对湿度的统计计算和分析表明:影响短波净辐射的主要因子是日照百分率.所建立的模型中,高海拔地区模型精度要比低海拔地区的高.
英文摘要	Making use of the meteorological data that the Chinese National Climate Center provided in internet, and accord-ing to the analysis of data and ascertain of basic parameters about short-wave net radiation model, short-wave net radiation model in China land was set up in this paper. The nonlinear regression model of reflectivity suit to the northeast area and the no-desert area in the northern Xinjiang in China was put forward. According to the experience coefficient of sunshine per-centage and absolute humidity which influenced to short-wave net radiation, the results showed that the sunshine percentage was the main influences factor, and that the fitting accuracy of this model in higher elevation was higher than that of lower elevation.
