中文摘要	半干旱区降雨量低,且分布不均,造成水土大量流失,生态严重破坏,水资源的合理利用成为制约半干旱区经济发展及社会进步的"瓶颈"因素.雨水资源的集流与利用对半干旱区农业可持续发展至关重要.就固原上黄试区的雨水集流工程的高效开发与利用进行了介绍,为半干旱区更好地开发与利用雨水提供参考.
英文摘要	The rainfall is very low in semi-arid area,and the distribution is not odds,which result in water and soil losses and destruction of the ecological environment, the reasonable utilization of water resources become the factor of bottleneck for semi-arid area to develop economy, high efficient exploitation and utilization of the resource of rain water is very important for agricultural sustainable development in semi-arid area the engineering of high efficient exploitation and utilization of gathering rain water in Shanghuang experiment area is presented, which provides a reference for semi-arid area to make full use of the resource of rain water.
