中文摘要	由人类生态学、植被建设、水土保持与荒漠化防治、生态农业与农林复合经营等方面,讨论了生态环境的意义及其建设的内容、主要方式和过程,以期全面认识生态环境建设.表明我们所说的生态环境实质上指人类生态环境,已超越常规生态学所指.生态环境建设不仅包括植被建设,还涉及经济、人口、社会等多个方面.从整体上推进生态环境建设并逐步达到目标是适宜的.最后,还论述了有关学科研究问题.
英文摘要	From mankind ecology,vegetation construction,soil and water conservation,desertification control,eco-agriculture, and agroforestry,the meaning of eco-environment and the contents,main ways,process of its construction are discussed so as to fully understand eco-environmental construction. It is shown that so-called eco-environment would substantially point to that of mankind beyond the meaning in conventional ecology. Not just vegetation construction but economy, population, society,etc. would be involved in eco-environmental construction. It is advisable that eco-environmental construction would be carried forward as a whole and its aims be gradually attained. At last,related subjects deserving research are also dealt with.
