中文摘要	凉城县丘陵山地占全县总面积的71.29%,沟壑密度2km/km2～4 km/km2,水土流失十分严重,又地处温带半干旱地区,生态系统较为脆弱.经调查分析,该县可作为我国北方丘陵沟壑区面积较大且水土流失严重的典型代表.因此本文根据该县自然地理条件、社会经济和林业发展状况,应用指数开方法,对该县丘陵沟壑区宜林地资源作了适宜性评价,从而进一步弄清了宜林地资源现状,为充分合理利用宜林地资源、加快丘陵沟壑区林业建设保持水土、改善生态环境提供一定的科学依据.
英文摘要	The hilly gully area and mountains make up 71, 29% of total area of Liangcheng Conuty, the gully den-sity is 2-4km/km2, and the soil water erosion is serious. Also the county is located in semi - arid temperate re-gion so its ecosystem is much fragile. By investigation and analysis the county can be as a typical one of the larger hilly gully area and serious erosion of soil and water in north China. Therefore, based on the natural geographical conditions, the social economic and forestry development of Liangcheng County, the land resources suitable for for-estry of hilly gully area in the county were evaluated by applying Index Evolution Method in this paper, which gave a clear idea of the quantities of the land resources suitable for forestry in different grades, and provides scientific bases for promoting the ecological environmental construction, protecting soil - water and rational use of land re-sources.
