中文摘要	目的探讨寄生胎的临床病理学特征.方法对13例寄生胎进行大体及镜下观察.结果本组患者年龄1个月～3.5岁,平均7.8个月;男性5例,女性8例;位于腹膜后8例,腹部4例,骶尾部1例.眼观:13例均可见椎骨,6例可见肢体雏形,双寄生胎2例;镜检:均由发育成熟的3个胚层成分构成,其中可见神经成分者8例,可见消化道者7例.结论结合大体及镜下观察诊断寄生胎并不难,但应注意寄生胎有恶变的可能,其与畸胎瘤的关系尚待进一步研究.
英文摘要	Purpose To study the clinicopathological features of fetus in fetus. Methods 13 oases of fetus in fetus were examined by maeroscopy and microscopy. Results The age of the cases ranged from 1 month to 3. 5 years (average 7. 8 months) ,and 5 cases were males,8 females. The masses situated in relroperitoneal area (8 cases) ,in abdominal cavity (4 cases) ,in sacrococcygeal area (1 case) . Macroscopically,13 cases presented with vertebral axis,6 cases with rudimentary limbs. 2 cases had double fetus in fetus. The iiltrastructural examination presented all cases consisted of mature tissues of three germinal cell layers,8 cases showed nerve component and 7 cases showed digestive tract. Conclusions It is not difficult to diagnose fetus in fetus by maeroscopy and microscopy, but should pay attention to exist possibility of malignancy. The relationship of fetus in fetus and teratoma deserves further study.
