中文摘要	目的探讨胰腺癌组织中肥大细胞计数(MCC)和IL-8、MCP-1、MIP-1alpha表达及其相互关系.方法对51例胰腺癌组织进行肥大细胞计数,并采用免疫组化染色(ABC法)观察趋化因子的表达情况.结果胰腺癌MCC均值为(16.16.8)个/HP;IL-8、MCP-1和MIP-1alpha表达阳性率分别为62.7%、66.7%和66.7%,评分均值为2.91.9、2.61.8和2.41.7.高分化腺癌和未转移癌MCC明显低于低分化腺癌和转移癌(P<0.05,P<0.01).高分化腺癌IL-8评分明显低于低分化腺癌(P<0.05);未转移病例IL-8、MCP-1、MIP-1alpha表达阳性率及评分明显低于转移癌(P<0.05,P<0.01).IL-8、MCP-1和MIP-1alpha阳性病例MCC明显低于阴性病例(P<0.01).MCC与IL-8(r=0.47)、MCP-1(r=0.56)和MIP-1alpha(r=0.39)评分值之间均呈密切正相关,IL-8与MCP-1(r=0.54)、MIP-1alpha(r=0.52)及MCP-1与MIP-1alpha(r=0.61)之间均呈密切正相关.结论 MCC和IL-8、MCP-1、MIP-1alpha表达可能是反映胰腺癌进展、转移发生和预后的重要标记物,3种趋化因子可能具有促进MC肿瘤内浸润的作用或MC促进癌细胞3种趋化因子的表达.
英文摘要	Purpose To study the mast cell counts (MCC) and the expression of IL-8, MCP-1 and MIP-la and their dmiraipalho-logical significances and to detect their correlations in the pancreatic cancer tissues. Methods Imnnmoliistoeliemieal nifillioil of avidin-biotin complex was used to detect Llie expression of IL-8, MCP-1 ,MIP-lct and MCC on the routinely paraffin-embedded sections of pun-creatic carcinomas. Results The mean of MCC was 16. 1 6. 8/HP, the positive rate of IL-8,MCP-1 or MIP-1 alpha was 62. 7%, 66. 7% and 66.7%, and the scoring of three factors was 2. 9 1. 9,2. 6 1. 8 and 2. 4 1. 7 .respectively in 51 oases of pancreatic, carcinoma. The MCC was significantly lower in well-differentiated adenocorcinomas without metastasis than in poorly-differentiated adenocarcinomas with metastasis. The scoring of IL-8 was significantly lower in well-differentiated adenocarcinoma than in poorly-differentiated ones. The positive rate or scoring of IL-8, MCP-1 or MIP-1 a showed significantly lower in cases without metastasis than in that with-metanla-sis. The MCC was significantly higher in positive cases of IL-8, MCP-1 and MIP-1alpha than in negative ones. The closely positive correla-tions were found among the MCC and the scorings of IL-8 (r -0. 47) , MCP-1 (r = 0. 56) and MIP-1 alpha( r = 0. 39) , closely positive cor-relations also existed among the scoring of IL-8 and MCP-1 (r = 0. 54) or MIP-1alpha( r = 0. 52) , between the seeing of MCP-1 and MIP-1alpha ( r = 0. 61), Conclusions MCC and the expression of IL-8, MCP-1 or MIP-1alphamay be important biological markers in the progres-sion , metastalic potential and prognosis of pancreatic carcinomas. Three chemotactic factors may have promoting effects on the infiltra-tion of mast cells or infiltrated MC might promote the expression of the three chemotactic factors.
