中文摘要	目的:通过分析解脲脲原体(Uu)与黏液脓性宫颈炎(MPC)的临床相关性,研究解脲脲原体对宫颈的致病性.方法:采用病例-对照研究方法.结果:有临床症状、体征的107例宫颈单纯Uu检出者与有临床症状、体征的61例宫颈Uu混合其他性病病原体检出者,两组MPC的发生率差异无显著性(OR=0.317,X2=3.364,P=0.067);宫颈单纯Uu检出阳性伴MPC者,宫颈Uu被清除后,MPC的痊愈率明显高于宫颈Uu未被清除者(OR=0.230,X2=6.90,P=0.009).结论:Uu与MPC存在一定的相关性,Uu对宫颈有一定的致病性.
英文摘要	Objective: To study the pathogenicity of Ureaplasma urealyUcum (U, urealyticum) in the cervix by analyzing the relationship between the U. urealyticum and mucopurulent cervicitis (MPC). Methods: Case-control study was adopted in this clinical study. Results: The patients were divided into two groups according to the detection of the cervical samples, one with simply positive reaction to U. urealyticum (107 oases), the another with the combined infection of U. urealylicum and oth-er bacteria (61 cases). There was no significant difference in the incidence of MPC between the two groups (P = 0.067). For the patients with single U. urealyticum. infection, the anti-urealyticum treatment was performed. Then the patients were resam-pled to detect U. urealyticum. It was found that the rate of U. urealyticum negative reaction was significantly correlated with the cure rate of MPC (P = 0.009). Conclusions: There is a certain relationship between U. urealylicum infection and MPC. It may be one of the pathogenicity of the cervix.
