中文摘要	目的评价MRI在诊断寰枢椎失稳中的价值.资料与方法回顾性分析26例寰枢椎失稳的MRI表现和临床资料.结果骨性结构的改变包括骨性畸形11例,枢椎骨折12例,肿瘤所致寰枢椎椎体破坏3例.软组织改变包括横韧带断裂7例,咽后壁软组织挫伤出血3例,齿状突与前弓或两侧块间组织嵌入3例.颈髓的改变包括硬脊膜和颈段脊髓受压12例,脊髓信号改变10例.结论 MRI对寰枢椎失稳的诊断具有重要价值.它能清晰显示骨性结构异常、韧带断裂情况及颈段脊髓损伤,因而对指导临床治疗有重意义.
英文摘要	Objective To evaluate the value of MRI in diagnosing allanloaxia] joint instability, Materials and Methods MRI manifestations and clinical data of 26 oases with atlanloaxial joint instability were retrospectively analyzed. Results Osseous structure abnormality were involved in all patients, which included osseous deformity (II = 11) , fracture of axis ( n = 12), the de-struction of allantouxinl joint caused by tumor ( n = 3). Abnormality findings of soft tissues included disruption of the transverse al-lanlal ligament ( n? = 7) , the soli tissues of postpharyngeal with bruised or bleeded ( n = 3) , insertion of soft tissues between odon-loid process and lateral mass( n = 3). Cervical spinal cord injury were involved in 22 cases, which included compression of dura mater (n = 12) and alteration of spinal cord signal (n = 10). Conclusion MRI is of great value in diagnosing adantoaxial joint instability. Osseous deformity, disruption of the ligament and the spinal cord injury could be clearly demonstrated, which is very important in guiding therapeutic project.
