中文摘要	咸阳市地处干旱半干旱地区,水资源短缺,近年来由于渭河的污染历时长,污染强度大,不仅使地面水无法直接利用,同时也引起了地下水的污染,尤其是潜水.而咸阳市是以地下水为主要供水水源的城市,地下水环境质量的好坏影响着城市的发展和人们的健康.本文通过对咸阳市区地下水和地面水水环境的时间、空间评价分析可得,由于渭河的严重污染和地下水的过量开采,导致潜水污染严重,承压水中个别井也有潜在污染.因此,建议应减少地下水的开采量,并对渭河水污染进行有效治理.
英文摘要	Xianyang is located in arid and serniarid areas, the water resources are deficit. In recent years, as the contamination of Weihe river the surface water can’t be used, at the same time the groundwater is polluted, especially the latentwater. But Xianyang is a city being mainly dependent on groundwater for water supply. The variation of groundwater environment can affect the city’s development and people’s health. Based on the analysis and assessment of the groundwater environment in groundwater resources field near surface water in Xianyang city, the results indicate that latentwater qualities is seriously pollu-ted and some wells of pressure-bearing water also potentially polluted due to the over exploitation of groundwater and the Weihe river’s pollution. Therefore the volume of groundwater exploration should be reduced, and the Weihe river water should be treated effectively.
