中文摘要	内蒙古河套灌区是我国具有悠久历史的一个大型灌区.由于气候、地形和水文地质条件的影响,在兴建大规模灌区之前,当地已有严重的盐渍化问题,随着引水量增加,灌溉面积扩大,由于重灌轻排,灌排工程不配套,大水漫灌等原因,使灌区的地下水位迅速上升并超过临界水位,加剧土壤盐渍化;此后虽经积极治理,情况有所好转,但仍未得到根本改变.灌区盐碱化的发生、分布、治理在西北干旱地区具有典型意义.河套灌区现状年引黄水量在50亿m3左右,占内蒙引黄水量的90%,超出引黄指标10亿m3,节水任务十分艰巨.因此,必须高效地利用灌溉水资源,采用渠井灌排技术和实施节水灌溉制度,来调控灌区水盐动态,总体上能使河套灌区灌溉土壤逐步由积盐向脱盐的良性循环发展.
英文摘要	Hetao irrigation area of Inner Mongolia is one of the biggest irrigation area in China with long history.In order to increase the output of agriculture and saving the water resources,the first problem is to control the saline and waterlogging.Effective use of water resources in irrigation,application of water saving irrigation and drainage technology and system to adjust soil-water dynamic state are in urgent need to develop irrigation soil from saline accumulation to desalting.The present amount of water drawing from Yellow River is 5 billion m~3, accounting 90% of the total the rive drawing of Inner Mongolia, exceeding about 1 billion m~3 of the distributed index of the governemtn. Effective use of irrigation water is a key point to reach the resonalb leaching criterion, idndex and time. The practical methods are the combination fo irrigation and drainage as using channels and ditch, tube wells for irrigation and drainage, drainage to the desert area, biological drainage, resonable water distribution network and irrigation program, water saving irrigation methods and saline water irrigation.
