中文摘要	呼和浩特市和林格尔县位于内蒙古自治区中部,是个山地、丘陵比例高达70%的贫困县,多年来,由于地貌、土壤、气候等自然条件限制,以及滥垦、粗放经营等人为因素影响,引起水土流失、风蚀沙化等一系列土地与环境问题,所以需重新审视耕地利用状况.本文以景观生态学的角度,对内蒙古呼和浩特市和林格尔县在2000年西部大开发土地资源调查结果进行研究,分析该地农田景观现状及其存在问题,论述了其进行农田景观结构调整与生态退耕的必要性,依据区域自身特点和景观生态学原理,提出相应的景观生态建设途径.
英文摘要	HcLinCre’Er is a poverty -stricken region located in the middle Inner Mongolia, with mountains and hills covering 70% percent of its land. The limitation of landforms, soil, climate and other natural re-sources and the consequence of human factors such as overgrazing and extensive management caused soil erosion, desertification and other environmental problems, arousing greater attention on the utilization of lands. Based on the 2000’ research data on land resources of Helinge’er, the authors analyse the cur-rent environment and problems, prove that it is necessary to adjustment the agriculture structure and carry out reforest and regrassion measures. Based on the character of the region and the theory of ecolo-gy, it is also provided some suggestions for eco~construction.
