中文摘要	本文在经济区概念的基础上,根据干旱区绿洲及其城镇发展的特点,提出了建立绿洲城镇群经济区及其开发的基本思路.以天山北坡经济带为例,划分该带为四个绿洲群城镇经济区,并论述了它们的开发模式、产业结构调整方向以及开发对策与举措.
英文摘要	Based on the concept of economic region, this research sets out the basic thoughts of establishing the economic region of oasis urban group according to the developmental characteristics of oasis in arid land and its urban. With the case of the economic belt of northern slop of Tianshan Mountain, this paper divided this belt into four economic regions of oasis urban groups, and approach to their develop-mental modern, the direction of industrial structure adjustment, developmental ways and countermeas-ures.
