中文摘要	本文利用1988年、1995年和2000年三个时相卫星遥感数据,对黑河流域土地利用/覆盖变化进行动态分析,综合野外调查和历史资料分析,上游地区森林砍伐、植被破坏导致水资源减少,中游地区滥用水资源造成土地盐碱化,下游地区水资源不足土地沙漠化.水资源问题是黑河流域生态环境退化的关键因子.
英文摘要	On the basis of the documentary data and the field data of 1988 ., 1995 and 2000 the landscape maps of Heihe river basin were made. Then we discussed the dynamic changes and cause of environment de-generation of Heihe river basin in 12years. The water resources of upriver region reduced due to the in-creasing need of timber and immoderate felling; The result of unlimited use of water resources led to the soil salinization of the middle reaches of Hehe river;The lack of water was the cause of desertification of lower reaches of Heihe river. The water resource is the important fator of environmental retrogres-sion in Heihe river basin.
