能值分析在绿洲农业经济系统研究中的应用--以石羊河流域中、下游绿洲为例

中文摘要以石羊河流域中游凉州区绿洲和下游民勤绿洲为例,应用能值理论和方法分析内陆河流域绿洲农业生产的资源环境基础和经济特征.结果表明,石羊河流域中下游凉州区和民勤绿洲的能值总投入呈降低趋势,能值投资率都偏高,生产成本较大;能值产出率低,对购买能值的利用效率不高;但能值自给率有所提高;环境载荷率高,农业环境所受压力较大,系统可持续发展指标表明,两个绿洲经济系统极为不发达,属于消费型经济系统,并且人均可用能值和能值密度都呈降低趋势.
英文摘要The Shiyang River Basin (36°29’ ~39°27’ N, 10T41’ ~ 104’16’E), the study area, is one of the three main continental basins in the Hexi Corridor, its catchment area is 4.06 X 104 km2, it belongs to a typical continental arid climatic area, and it is characterized by the less precipitation, high precipitation change rate, high evaporation, significant drought periods, etc. The elevation of the study area varies in a range of 1 400~ 2 100 m a. s. 1. , the annual precipitation and evaporation are 158 mm and 1 963 mm in the Liangzhou Oasis and 115 mm and 2 637 mm in the Minqin Oasis respectively. The soils in the oases are mainly sierozem, gray desert soil, oasis irrigation-silted soil, meadow soil, desert forest soil, solonchak, aeolian sand soil, etc. Some serious natural environmental problems, such as the reduction of natural water recharge to groundwater, regional drawdown of groundwater level, land desertification, soil salinization and degeneration of natural vegetation, occur due to the irrational production activities. Based on the energy theory, this paper analyzes quantitatively the resources environmental foundation of oasis agricultural production and the economic characteristics in the Liangzhou and Minqin oases in middle and lower reaches of Shiyang River Watershed using energy theory and methods. The results show that in these two oases the total energy input is reduced, the energy input ratio is on the high side, and the production cost is high; the energy output ratio is not so high, but the environmental load ratio and the environmental stress on agriculture are high in these oases. Sustainable development indexes of the systems reveal that the economic systems are much lower than the development level, and they belong to theconsumption systems.
