中文摘要 | 利用生态足迹的理论与方法,结合GIS技术,对陕北黄土高原1986-2002年的生态安全变化进行定量分析,并提出生态足迹压力指数的概念与模型,研究结果表明,陕北黄土高原生态压力指数,在近16年内持续上升,不安全性持续增长,2002年已接近临界状态.研究结果对生态安全动态变化定量分析有重要推动作用,并为区域生态安全调控决策提供重要依据. |
英文摘要 | The study area includes Yan’an Prefecture and Yulin Prefecture on the Loess Plateau in north Shaanxi Province. In the study area, the elevation varies in a range of 900~1600 m a.s.l., the terrain slopes from northwest to southeast, sand drift occurs frequently in the region north from the Great Wall, and the region south from the Great Wall is covered by the loess ridges and valleys. The study area is an arid/semiarid region, precipitation is less and its seasonal distribution is asymmetric, and the region is typical area with vulnerable ecology. The population in the study area was 5.3* 106 at the end of 2002, among whom agricultural population was 4.35x106, the social and economic development level is much lower than the average in China, and the region is one of the depressed areas in China. According to the features of region resources, environment and social and economy development, in this paper a quantitative analysis on the dynamic change of ecological security on the Loess Plateau in north Shaanxi Province is carried out by applying the theory and method of ecological footprint. The conception and model of ecological press index are put forward. The results show that the press of ecological carrying capacity on the Loess Plateau in north Shaanxi Province has been increased but the ecological security decreased since recent 16 years. Both the ecological footprint and ecological press index are continuously increased. In 2002, the degree of ecological security was reached to the safety edge, and the utilization efficiency of regional resources was lower proportionally. The results impulse the quantitative analysis on the change of regional ecological security, and offer the important evidences for regulating and determining the strategies of regional ecological security. |
