中文摘要 | 在引大工程灌区和邻近地区水资源供需分析的基础上,运用水资源系统分析理论,采用线性规划方法,建立了引大工程水资源优化配置模型.对引大工程的水资源在灌区及其周边兰州、白银两市统一进行优化配置研究,得出了近期和远期水资源优化配置方案,所建模型和优化配置方案正确、合理,符合引大工程及其供水区实际.进行了供水区环境效益和经济效益评价,提出了符合引大工程供水区水资源特性的研究结论和对策与措施建议. |
英文摘要 | The water-transferring project from the Datong River to the Qinwangchuan Irrigated Area, Yongdeng County, Lanzhou City, is located in the central part of Gansu Province, and the climate is arid. The construction of the project was started from 1976, but it was provisionally stopped in 1981, restarted from 1987, completed and put into operation in October 1994, and the total investment was 2.934 XIQ9 yuan. The total volume of transferred water from the Datong River to the Qinwangchuan Irrigated Area was 7.577 X108 m3 up to the end*of 2002, and the accumulated irrigation area was 1.8144X 105 hm2. Completion of the project has improved the agricultural production conditions, increased the living standard of the local residents, and resulted in the economic returns, social effects and ecological benefits. In this paper, an optimized model of redistributing water resources by the water-transferring project from the Datong River to the Qinwangchuan Irrigated Area is developed after analyzing the contradiction between water supply and demand in the irrigated area and its peripheral regions by using the systematical analysis theory of water resources and the linear planning method. The optimized redistribution of water resources in the Qinwangchuan Irrigated Area and its peripheral regions including Lanzhou City and Baiyin City is researched, the schemes of the optimized redistribution of water resources in near future and far future are derived, and the developed model and the optimized schemes of redistributing water resources are rational and accord with the practical situation of the project. The environmental benefits and economic returns in the study area are evaluated, and some measures are put forward for rationally utilizing water resources in the irrigated area and its peripheral regions. |
