英文摘要A method for the determination of chloramphenicol residue in honey and royal jelly samples has been introduced. In order to enhance the accuracy of the method and precipitate the protein in samples, the isotope internal standard (CAP-d5) and 10% metaphosphoric acid solution were added into the sample solutions, the upper layer solution was extracted with ethyl acetate, then it was cleaned up with sillica and Oasis columns. The above solution was analysed by using high performance liquid chromatography combined with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The precursor/product ion transitions (321.0/256.9,321.0/ 194.0,321.0/175.8) were monitored. The recoveries were between 91% and 107% in different matrix. The Relative standard deviations were below 10%. The limit of detections of the method for the analysis of honey and royal jelly samples were 0.1 mug/kg and 0.2 mug/kg respectively.
