中文摘要	前处理方法包括添加同位素内标氯霉素-d5和采用10％偏磷酸沉淀蜂王浆产品中的蛋白质，上清液经乙酸乙酯提取，自制硅胶柱和Oasis小柱净化。净化后的提取溶液用高效液相色谱-电喷雾电离质谱检测，多反应监测3对离子（321．0／256．9、321．0／194．0、321．0／175．8）。该方法对不同基质样品的加标回收率为91％-107％；相对标准偏差小于10％；蜂蜜和蜂王浆的方法检出限分别为0．1mug／kg和0．2mug／kg。
英文摘要	A method for the determination of chloramphenicol residue in honey and royal jelly samples has been introduced. In order to enhance the accuracy of the method and precipitate the protein in samples, the isotope internal standard （CAP-d5） and 10% metaphosphoric acid solution were added into the sample solutions, the upper layer solution was extracted with ethyl acetate, then it was cleaned up with sillica and Oasis columns. The above solution was analysed by using high performance liquid chromatography combined with electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The precursor/product ion transitions （321.0/256.9,321.0/ 194.0,321.0/175.8） were monitored. The recoveries were between 91% and 107% in different matrix. The Relative standard deviations were below 10%. The limit of detections of the method for the analysis of honey and royal jelly samples were 0.1 mug/kg and 0.2 mug/kg respectively.
