中文摘要	研究目的：探讨三峡库区石漠化与土地整理的关系,提出三峡库区石漠化地区土地整理的特殊性.研究方法：文献分析法和定性分析法.研究结果：石漠化是威胁重庆三峡库区土地资源安全和生态安全的重要因素,土地整理是防治土地石漠化的有效途径.研究结论：适度控制新增耕地率,大力提高土地生态效益;增加资金投入力度;以人为本,促进社会经济的发展;反映了三峡库区石漠化地区土地整理的特殊性.
英文摘要	The purpose of this research is to probe into reservoir area of Three Gorges between stony desertification and land development and regulation, and to propose the particularity of land development and regulation in stony desertification region of reservoir area of Three Gorges. Methods of documentation and qualitative analysis are employed. The results indicated that land rock-desertification was the important factor that threated the safety of land resources and ecology,land regulation was a effective way avoiding and curing land rnek-desertification, Then it was concluded that controlling the newly-increased cultivated land rate appropriatly, and improving the land ecological benefits; the shortage of the fund, and increasing the investment;and promoting the development of society and econonry were the particularity of the regional land development and regulation in the reservoir area of Three Gorges.
