中文摘要	鸣沙山月牙泉自然遗产是世界上罕见的奇特沙漠景观.随着当地旅游业的发展和地下水的不合理开采利用,使月牙泉呈现干涸的趋势,鸣沙山的生态景观受到严重破坏.为了保全这一自然遗产,通过实地考察和数据资料的比较分析研究,提出4个方面的措施:第一,合理开发利用祁连山雪山融水、"引哈济党",解决区域的用水水源问题;第二,狭管效应、生物降解被(Biodegradable Screen)护岸、生态理念,改善月牙泉形成的地理环境;第三,建立绿色植被隔离带;第四,建立国家级沙漠公园.
英文摘要	Singing Sand Mountain and Crescent Moon Spring in Dunhuang City,a natural heritage located in the northwestem part of Gansu Province,China,is a rare and unique desert wonder in the world.With the development of local tourism and irrational exploitation of ground water, Crescent Spring is on the way of drying up and the ecological environment around Singing Sand Mountain is under severe threat of degradation.Accordingly,the local government and the National Tourism Bureau have put it on the list of natural wonders deserving urgent protecting measures.Based on the analysis of these factors,the following measures might be adopted to prevent the water level of Crescent Moon Spring from declining.First of all,measures must be taken to restrain the groundwater level of’ the surrounding area from declining constantly,which is fundamental is to improve the ecological condition of the spring and to keep a certain water level of the spring.Secondly,other water sources than replenishing water for the spring should be provided for the local people,so as to secure a constant water level of the spring by reducing water discharge from the spring.As to the protection of Singing Sand Mountain,two projects are proposed.One is to establish an isolated green shelterbelt to make sure the mountain not be attacked by the strong wind and avoid desertification of the whole Dunhuang area.The other is to make the mountain a National Desert Park for the sake of protecting the environment.
