中文摘要	目的探讨CYP1A1、GSTM1基因多态性与前列腺癌遗传易感性的关系.方法采用寡核苷酸芯片对83例前列腺癌患者和115例正常对照的中国汉族人群基因组DNA进行CYP1A1、GSTM1基因多态性分析.结果GSTM1基因缺失型前列腺癌组占57.8%,对照组41.7%,差异有显著性意义(chi2=4.99,P=0.025),GSTM1null基因型使患前列腺癌的危险度增加1.9倍(95%CI=1.10～1.34).GSTM1基因缺失型前列腺癌患者的平均年龄[(68.18.3)岁]低于GSTM1未缺失的患者[(71.97.4)岁,P=0.031].前列腺癌组CYP1A1基因的两个多态位点m1、m2基因型频率和等位基因的频率与对照组相比差异无显著性意义(P＞0.05).结论中国汉族人群GSTM1基因多态性与前列腺癌的发生相关,可能是增加前列腺癌危险和发病年龄早的因素之一.CYP1A1基因m1和m2的基因多态与中国汉族人群前列腺癌的发生无相关性.
英文摘要	Objective To explore the relationship between CYP1Al, GSTMl gene polymorphisms and genetic susceptibility to proBtate cancer. Methods In this study ,83 prostate cancer patients and 115 age-matched healthy controls were enrolled. All DNA samples from peripheral blood were genotyped for genetic polymorphisms of CYP1 Al and GSTMl genes by genechip technique. Results There was a significant difference in the frequency of GSTMl null genotype between prostate cancer oases (57. 8% ) and healthy controls(41. 7% ) (P = 4. 99,P = 0. 025). Individuals with the GSTMl null genotype demonstrated increased risk( OR = 1. 9,95% CI = 1.10 - 1.34). The prostate cancer patients with GSTMl null genotype had lower onset age (mean>68.1 8. 3 years) than those with GSTMl genotype (mean, 71. 9 7.4 years) (P = 0.031). There was no significant difference in the frequency distribution of two locations of CYP1Al polymorphisms between prostate cancer patients and healthy controls(P > 0. 05). Conclusions GSTMl (0/ 0) gene polymorphism may be linked to prostate cancer risk and early onset age in Chinese men. There is no significant association between CYPlAl gene polymorphisms (ml and m2 genotypes) and prostate cancer risk.
