中文摘要	目的:探讨治疗高脂血症的有效疗法.方法:将141例高脂血症患者随机分为脏腑背俞穴埋线结合耳针治疗65例(观察组)与单纯耳针治疗44例(耳针对照组)和单纯口服药物治疗32例(药物对照组)进行疗效对照观察.结果:观察组总有效率为96.9%,优于单纯耳针治疗的总有效率81.8%,差异有显著性意义(P＜0.05);更优于单纯药物治疗的总有效率62.5%,差异有非常显著性意义(P＜0.01).结论:背俞穴埋线结合耳针治疗高脂血症疗效较好.
英文摘要	Objective To probe into an effective therapy for hyperlipidemia. Methods One hundred and forty-one oases of hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into the observation group (n = 65) treated by embedding thread at Back-s/itt points plus auricular acupuncture, the auricular acupuncture control group treated by simple auricular acupuncture, and the medicine control group (w=32) treated by medicine. Their therapeutic effects were investiga-ted. Results The total effective rate was 96. 9% in the observation group, superior to 81. 8% in the simple auricu-lar acupuncture group (P<0. 05) and 62. 5% in the medicine control group (P<0. 01). Conclusion Embedding thread at Back-s/iu points combined with auricular acupuncture has a better therapeutic effect for hyperlipidemia.
