中文摘要	目的:探讨肺结核与SARS的X线、CT表现与其鉴别诊断.材料和方法:对680例临床诊断为SARS患者,当发现可疑非SARS病灶时,应用CT复查,对CT确诊为结核或结核合并SARS者,分析两者的分布规律和X张、CT表现特点.结果:经CT复查,共计发现肺结核20例,占2.9%(20/680),其中结核合并SARS10例,单纯结核病变10例.结核性病灶主要显示为实变合并空洞(7例)、合并粟粒状播散(6例)、合并胸水(2例)等.SARS病灶在密度上明显低于结核,且未见上述伴随征像,8例SARS病灶在治疗后短期内消散.结论:结核与SARS可合并存在,在X线和CT表现上可以明确鉴别,CT是鉴别两者的有效力法.
英文摘要	Purpose: To investigate the radiographic and CT characteristics of lung tuberculosis (TB) and severe acute respiratoiy syndrome (SARS). Materials and methods: The CT scans were performed for patients with SARS suspected clinically, of which pulmonary lesions were found on radiograms as no-features of SARS findings. For cases with TB associated with SARS confirmed on CT, the images were analyzed in characteristics of locations and morphology. Results: 20 cases were confirmed on CT having TB lesions(2.94% ,20/680), of which, 10 cases having TB associated with SARS; 10 cases with TB only. The cavities( n = 7) , milliary dissemination( n = 6) and pleural effusions( n = 2) were found in or around area of consolidations of TB, but not the SARS. The SARS lesions had apparent lower density than TB. The SARS was showed the feature of ground-glsaa opacification and could be absorbed in short periods after anti - virus and sustaining treatment. Conclusion: TB may be associated with SARS arid has different characteristics on radiagrams and CT, the later is an effective technique for the differential diagnosis.
