中文摘要	目的探讨急诊绿色通道在抢救急性心肌梗死患者中的价值.方法回顾性分析了自2001年实施急诊绿色通道以来,我科对151例急性心肌梗死患者的诊断与治疗情况,观察其是否在有效的时间窗内得到治疗.结果151例患者,在发病后2 h内得到及时治疗的有35例,2～6 h得到治疗的有92例,6～12 h得到治疗的有20例,＞12 h者4例,死亡6例.结论急性心肌梗死绿色通道的实施可以减少心肌梗死病人在诊断、治疗过程中时间的浪费,使心梗患者得到及时救治.
英文摘要	Objective To investigate the value of emergency green tmck in rescuing patients from acute myocardial infarction. Methods iP nrviewrf the fet.m rf diagrams and treatment of 151 AMI patients in the emergency department in the past 3 years from 2001 when the green tract practice was first laumcheil there, and observed wliether the patients were given treatment in operative time - window. Results Among the 151 patio, 35 rises wre treated in 2 hours after the first episode occurred, 92 cases in 2~ 6 hours and 20 oases in 6 ~ 12 hours. Hie other 12 cases ww m< men appayriate treatment until 12 hours after the occurrence. Conclusion Emergency green track for AMI patients can effectively save the time for diseasediagnosis and treatment, which is useful in rescuing patients from acute myocardial infarction.
