中文摘要	目的探讨功能性消化不良及十二指肠球部溃疡病患者的心理社会因素的相关特征,帮助临床寻找有效的综合治疗途径.方法采用国际通用的6个量表组成定式问卷,对十二指肠球部溃疡及功能性消化不良患者各100人,并随机选择健康体检人群中的200人,进行上述问卷调查及两组对比研究.结果 (1)十二指肠球部溃疡、功能性消化不良组的N分及焦虑因子均高于对照组(P<0.05).(2)抑郁自评得分、抱怨得分明显高于相应的对照组(P<0.05)(3)社会支持总分、主观支持和社会支持利用度均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论功能性消化不良及十二指肠球部溃疡患者在就诊时就存在心理健康状况不良,有着明显的抑郁和焦虑情绪,常采用不成熟的防御方式,因此,对这类患者进行心理社会干预措施可能会成为防治心身疾病的有效途径之一.
英文摘要	Objective To investigate the psychsocial factors of duodenal bulb ulcer and functional dyspepsia diseases and to research an effective comprehensive treatment. Methods The EPQ,SCL -90,SAS, SDS, the social support Rating Scale (SSRS) and the Defense Stules Questionnaire(DSQ) were used in the survey. 100 patients with duodenal’bulb ulcer and 100 patients with functional dyspepsia were included. And 200 oases were ramdomized into contrast group from health check up visisters. The results of the questionnaires were compared among those two groups. Results Patients with duodenal bulb ulcer and functional dyspepsia got significantly higher EPQ - N, SDS and SAS and lower SSRS, subjective support and social support using degrees than those of contrast group( P <0. 05). Conclusion Patients with duodenal bulb ulcer and functional dyspepsia visit the hospitals with psychological problems and significant depression and anxiety. Patients use incorrect defense ways of repression. So the psychsocial interventions may be one of the effective treatment to the patients.
