中文摘要	根据作者的实地调查,对甘肃省环县生态环境建设中存在的主要问题及生态农业发展的模式进行了深入的研究.研究表明环县生态环境建设中存在的主要问题为人口压力过重,贫困人口多;水土流失加剧,荒漠化面积扩大;植被缺乏,人为破坏严重;耕地质量差,土壤垦殖率高;水资源匮乏,自然灾害多等.针对这些主要问题,提出本区域建立生态农业产业基地的新模式,这种新模式不仅适用于此区域,对西部其它一些生态脆弱,农业生产条件差的地区也是适用的.
英文摘要	Based on the investigation, the main problems in construction of ecological environment and the developing model of ecological agriculture are studied, which includes intensified water and soil erosion, enlarged deserts, low vegetations and the human destroying activities, water resource shortage, frequent natural calamities, poor quality of arable land, high soil cultivated index, delicate agricultural condition, intense population and poverty pressure, etc. Based on the analysis, the model for ecological agricultural industrialization base is put forth , which can be used in this region and in western region with fragile ecosystem and poor agricultural conditions.
