中文摘要	石羊河流域生态环境日益恶化,其主要特征是土地荒漠化,导致沙尘暴频繁发生.石羊河流域土地荒漠化的原因有自然因素和人为因素,由于自然因素和人为因素的共同作用,加剧了流域生态环境的进一步恶化.在分析原因的基础上,提出了合理利用和保护水资源;完善土地荒漠化防治的有关法规;制订优惠政策,鼓励全民进行综合防治;开展科学研究,探索科学合理的土地荒漠化防治模式的对策及建议.
英文摘要	The eco-environment of Shiyang river valley is getting worsen,and its main characteristic is desertification .causing occurrence of sandstorms. The reason of land desertification in Shiyang River valley contains natural factor and artificial factor, worsening the ecosystem of the river valley. Based on the analysis, some suggestions are put forward, such as reasonably using and protecting the water resources; perfecting prevention and control laws of land desertification and establishing the special policyiconducting science research and probing the land desertification prevention and control model.
